Rafael Cob

Rafael brings over 30 years of accounting, legal, and operations experience to Syon Capital. Mr. Cob serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the operations of the firm’s investment funds, including transaction facilitation, financial and tax reporting, cash and treasury management, and investor reporting. He routinely assists the investment teams with acquisition and exit transactions and has served on the board of directors for several of the Firm’s holding and portfolio companies. Prior to joining Syon, Mr. Cob was employed by a major FMCG company where he served as a Financial controller and VP of Mergers and acquisitions completing more than 20 transactions in Latin America, USA and Europe.
